Bees seem to dance
like synapses,
each in cryptic trance
subdued by
lavandula fumes.
It sends spasms
to all my cells –
a catastrophe of
indumentum.
I faze into exuberant visions
of tarpans and dragonflies,
ever iridescent
and flickering
to life,
a hiving
emergence
of oppositions.
